Foundation
Established by Mr. Pradeep N. Thakkar and family, the company began as a private limited entity engaged in civil construction, including roads, dams, and bridges. Registered in Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran as Class-I Civil A, the company could bid for any contract without limit.
Real Estate Expansion
Januss expanded into the real estate sector with its first project, VUB Paradise, in Navi Mumbai. Completed successfully in 2013, this project marked the company’s foray into real estate development.
New Ventures
The company launched two new entities, VUB Realtors and VUB Lifespace, establishing a strong presence in both commercial and residential real estate. Notable projects during this period include Veermaa paradise, Vama paradise, Shree sati Ashish, Shilpakala, Arcade and The Landmark.
Global Expansion
Expanding overseas for the first time, the company established Januss Real Estate Developers LLC in Dubai. This marked the beginning of real estate development projects in Al Furjan, United Arab Emirates.
